Friendlily and fast service

Really helpful customer service and advise. About 2 years ago I bought 3 heaters while renovating my house. At the time, I was really pleased with the all round service. They were helpful in advising which heater would be best for me, and the delivery was really fast. I was really happy with the quality of the products and the way they on my walls.

Unfortunately, one of the heaters developed a fault and stopped heating. I thought to myself, this is going to be a nightmare. I contacted customer services and described the problem to them. Within 24 hours, I received a completely new unit!

Allround I have found the service really friendly and proactive. 5 stars!
