This coat has arrived and it’s damaged! And the conditions it’s arrived in is awful! It’s creased beyond belief! Try getting hold of customer service … impossible and they are charging £1.99 to return a damaged item! Not great at all Debenhams!

I recently wrote a review of this company following the delivery of a play suit that was nothing like the one ordered. I gave it 1 star at that point. Following a refund offer of £15.00 from sister party I wrote a very strongly worded email and received a full refund. If your not happy with your purchase, please do not accept a partial refund thinking it’s better than other. You’re entitled to receive EXACTLY what you ordered. I have given them 2 stars now which is for the refund received but I would not give them a higher score because the company offered a ridiculous refund amount instead of taking responsibility for a substandard product. Original price was £45,00 so £15.00 refund was insulting. The playsuit advertised was NOTHING like the one received. So I’m grateful for the full refund but would not recommend you buy from this seller.

Jacket is flawed. Tried to ring to complain. Telephone lines open for 2 hours and only 3 days a week…never get answered!! I sent an email and never got a response to that either!!! Terrible customer service and terrible quality! I’d avoid this site!!
This insurance company FAILED us whilst on holiday! Left us at a hospital for over 8 hours and never returned any of our calls!!! 13 HOURS later they returned our calls!! You need a case reference number before a hospital in Tenerife admit you, and this company did not provide it!!!! NO duty of care given whatsoever!! Totally abandoned us in our hour of need!! Serious blood infection that could have turned sepsis!!! They did nothing, and I still await a managers call regarding my complaint!! Avoid this company all ALL costs!!

Ordered a bracelet 3 weeks ago and its never arrived. Sent several emails, none of which were replied to. Tried the "Chat" nobody answers those messages either. Rang the telephone number on the website, lady that answered says its not Charming Jewellery!! Mobile number on website goes unanswered!!! Terrible experience all round and no bracelet!!!!
After so many telephone calls and complaints, my furniture was due for delivery betweeen 7.00am and 10.30am this morning. No it did not arrive!!!! Back in the queue, I started at caller number 60....the call is rising in the queue not lowering! So I am not caller number 69 after 30 minutes of waiting! I so wish I had never ever walked into the showroom, let alone ordered! 16 different call handlers I have spoken to in the past 5 weeks. 15 of which failed to call back as they promised!!!!
It would be a "War & Peace" novel if I wrote everything wrong with my order! Delivery was cancelled, and this left me without a settee! Despite spending hours (and I mean hours) trying to get to speak to customer service I was finally promised loan furniture....9 days later and I am still waiting! 4 times in one week my delivery date has changed! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! I was sent an email requesting that I pick a delivery date, and pay the balance, which I did on the 25th October and the delivery was picked for the 8th Nov....now its gone to 30th Nov. Several calls and a very long and detailed email of complaint has been sent. Apparently it will be 3 to 5 days before a manager calls me to deal with the complaint!! How to make a bad situation worse!! And my complaint has been raised to the highest level....so clearly no complaints are taken seriously, otherwise that time scale would not exist!
An amazing place to stay! The apartment was so clean and fresh. Lovely reception with a seating area and eating area. Friendly and professional reception staff. This was an absolute bargain !! Local to so many things and a 15 min walk to the centre of York. It was a really great 3 days away. You often doubt booking these offers, fearing the worst, this was such a great surprize. The parking is behind the apartments....£16,00 for 24 hours or slightly cheaper if you book at the time of taking up the offer....so book it then, it is very secure and literally a 2 minute walk from reception. Would not hesitate to go back!!
