The product is super reliable. Whilst we all hope never to need the footage from a dashcam, if & when we do it needs to deliver & in my experience the Orksey does. It was easy to fit & I'm so glad I did. It's presence as evidence immediately resulted in the counterparty admitting responsibility & the fore & aft footage was conclusive. After Avro failed in September '21, I was transferred to Octopus. To date, I can only say what great service & attention to detail I have received. Octopus have worked methodically, with regular updates, to pick up the mess left from the collapse of Avro & I count myself very fortunate to have discovered this great company, all be it by accident!

Took a little while to get flight confirmations & it wasn't made clear at the time of booking that one leg was a 'charter' type flight despite having a premier scheduled airline flight number. The 'charter' flight reference also did not work with the airline's website so we are going to have to do it all 'old style' at the check-in desk seemingly. Nevertheless, the price was very good & with the help of Harshit on the phone, I was able to clear the matter up & get confirmations on the bookings, so hopefully all has ended well. Fingers crossed!
