Good process & support, lower quality than expected
The mugs arrived in a timely manner and the back-and-forth with the discountmugs team was a good experience. Almost all the mugs have started to peel and chip away their color coating on their bottoms, which is a bit of a bummer, but perhaps it was a one-off with the batch that we ordered.
Overall, seemed like a good company and team, but our particular product hasn't lasted as long as we would have liked.
