Melanie did a fantastic job explaining the process for swapping an existing policy from a cancelled trip to a new booking, as well as educating me on how add-ons can be added to the the FlexiPlan policy. She really knows her stuff...AND...can explain it to the customer in an understandable way.

Online booking went rather smoothly, except that it assumed that I knew what the distinction was between the optional seating arrangements. I had to pause the process to go and google the options in order to decide which one to choose. It would be nice if your website provided that level of detail.
