Maple syrup gels.

Love maple syrup & salted caramel, so a match made in heaven! Easy to digest & no tummy issues. Makes my usual SIS gels taste very synthetic. Only tried 1 on a 10k run so not sure what they’d be like for a half or full marathon - might be too sickly? But will be back for more

Ordered the starter kit with a discount via a Strava challenge. The energy bars are phenom! Very, very tasty. As a runner, I wouldn’t use them “on the go” but they’d be perfect for a mid run rest. The nut butters I’m a little less sure of. Tried one neat and wasn’t that great, but I hate peanut butter(I know this isn’t made of peanuts) so that could explain it..😂 imagine they’d be better in porridge/on fruit etc

Took a bit of a gamble on this but so far been a good recovery gel. Tastes good and haven’t been as achy as I have been previously after long runs. Could just be fitter too…😉

Second set of the boxers purchased as I upped running game from 3 times a week and was too lazy to wash in between! Absolutely great. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
