Sponge make the most delicious cakes. I sent one to a friend as a birthday present. Ordering was so easy and it was great to be able to choose a date for the delivery (as well as different delivery options). She was thrilled to receive it and it was enjoyed by her whole family.

I love sending cake cards from Sponge to my friends and family on special occasions. Ordering is easy, the cakes are delicious and everyone loves receiving them. Some time ago, I returned from overseas to live in Scotland. Until I found a property to buy, I moved into a rented flat. The broadband in the flat was Hyperoptic. I was very impressed by their Customer Service when I first moved into the flat and I had no problems with the broadband when I lived there. When I found a house to buy, I was very upset because Hyperoptic did not cover the area where my house is and I had to go with another company. I would thoroughly recommend Hyperoptic if it is available in your area.
I recently found that I still had a Direct Debit in my bank account although no payments had been made since I moved out of the flat. This was soon sorted out by the wonderful Customer Service team at Hyperoptic.

Yesterday, I purchased a new television from Currys. The staff were all so kind, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I would never shop at any other electrical shop because they are simply the best in every way.

I bought a television set yesterday and called Domestic & General to register for a free year's guarantee. The lady I spoke to was so kind and helpful. When I called, I had decided that I did not want to extend the guarantee. However, once the lady had explained to me how inexpensive it would be to have an extended guarantee and all that this would cover, I was more than happy to sign up for a direct debit. It was the right thing to do but, thanks to that Domestic & General agent, I feel much happier that I am now covered no matter what happens to the television. Thank You!

It was the 5th birthday of the son of friends who live in Spain. I knew that, whatever I sent through the post, they would have to pay to receive the parcel. The only company I know where the recipient is not charged to receive their parcels is Blackwells. I sent three books and the little boy and his parents were thrilled when they opened them on his birthday. Thank You Blackwells!

I am always thankful to Bunches at Christmas. I send flowers, pot plants and hampers to friends and family. I can choose what day they will be delivered. The courier always sends emails to update me about the deliveries. Everyone who receives a gift from Bunches is always thrilled with what they receive. This company is a godsend!

My house was surveyed by this company 3 days ago. Yesterday, I received a draft of the report to look over. I was very happy with the details of the report. I was also impressed by the excellent way the report was written and how everything in it was explained. Today, I received the finished report. The professionalism of this company is outstanding.

Have waited 8 days from when the test was supposed to have been sent, having ordered it 3 days before that. Had to arrange for another test to be done. This company are thieves, pure and simple!!

I live in northern Spain and no one sends any greetings cards at all here. It is very difficult to find any in shops. I usually buy lots when I go to the UK but I cannot go there at the moment.
