Mike and his colleague were incredible. My Mum answered their precall, in pain and quite flustered, having just injured herself. Mike and his colleague checked she was okay and helped move the item she was struggling with. The also, of course took the mattress they were actually delivering up to her Room Of Choice. Absolute heroes and it's good to see such compassionate guys going out of their way to help out, out of pure and simple kindness. Please pass on our thanks if possible.

- We have cover on our cooker which means fix or replace. Replacement ordered as couldn't fix. Replacement arrived and once it got to temperature it was obvious there was a problem. Horrendous noises from fans. Sent engineer and couldn't fix it, as had sent wrong part for one of the fans. Parts on order. Two weeks + passed and at the end of my tether we tried once more to resolve. The replacement you'd sent clearly wasn't new, it didn't look new and didn't smell new. I strongly suspect this was a previous faulty return sent out to me as new. After almost a month of to and fro, and getting quite literally nowhere, thankfully I finally got thru to the aptly named Hope, from Internet services. She escalated the problem with her manager and within minutes a NEW oven was ordered to replace. Overall experience two stars, the onus was on us to fight and constantly harass you to resolve. HOPE AND HER MANAGER however should be given FIVE stars, as they were the only people to show any empathy and drive to actually resolve this.

I ordered three items, and one I ordered incorrectly, wrong style. I emailed to cancel that item and explained my error. They didn’t cancel it, they amended the order for the correct item, thus saving me another order/postage charge. Great service, thoughtful responses, deffo recommend these guys!

“Give us you money and s0d off” Lack of customer service is absolutely astounding. If YOU care about who you spend money with, don’t spend it with Amazon. They blatantly don’t care about you or the service. The only thing Amazon have going for them is convenience, and I’m afraid that’s no longer enough for me to tolerate their apathy when contacted.

You might get lucky. You might order your item/s and receive them with no issue. Then again, you might not. You might receive incorrect items, only to find the Range refuse to respond by email, and tell you to call them, on a number that keeps you on hold for hours..An 0345 number, from a mobile. At some point you have to weigh up the amount of time and money wasted on VS the stress you cause yourself and the cost of the item. Just, not worth it folks.

Solid company, good communication, website but glitchy on mobile but you can’t have everything! Good and will order again :)
