Questioned online specification for the hob yet chat agent said it was correct, even when I sent them a copy of the manual from the manufacturers website! When hob arrived one key feature was not present as per spec! Was left without a hob for 5 days whilst waiting for a different model. Spent ages online with chat agent.

Very poor service.
Local agent changed 3 times the final one didn't even bother to come and see what our house looked like.
Even though paying for the viewing option on a couple of occasions we had to show viewers around.
Once we had accepted an offer PurpleBricks never contacted us again! Even when we asked them to chase buyers solicitors they never rang back with a response.
Our Buyers Estate Agent couldn't contact anyone at PurpleBricks.
Recommend you avoid PurpleBricks!
