Been living in my apartment for 6 months and can honestly say I’m pleased with how things are gone. Zaiga who deals with the apartments is an absolute Godsend. Every issue I have had she’s done her very best to help me and is always clear with how she communicates. Reason I’m giving 4 stars is because for the first 2 months I was without hot water.
Review of St. Modwen Homes
If you ever get a visit from Richie, just know he will go above and beyond within his power to do everything he can to make your issues correct. Haven’t had the greatest experience with St Modwen homes at all but Richie is definitely the diamond in the goldmine. The 3 stars are purely for Richie, if he leaves St Modwen, company won’t have a leg to stand on

Never heard of this company before but needed wristbands at the last minute due to the fact the cowboy company I had originally ordered from failed me. They came very promptly and fantastic quality, I will definitely be using again
