Disappointed with Royal Mail delivery service.

I have no problems with Yorkshire Bonsai, the owner sounds very helpful but I do have problems with Royal Mail. I can’t comment on the tree I ordered because I have not received it, despite Royal Mail sending me a message to say that they have the tree at their hub.
I’m still waiting 12 days after ordering the tree.

I'm sorry to see that your order is still bizarrely held with Royal Mail.
My suggestion is that if it doesn't arrive with you by this weekend and in perfect health, let's simply organise a replacement for you.

Brilliant choice of fabrics

Brilliant choice of fabrics, designs not too twee and lots at reduced prices, which is ideal if you only need a tiny piece in a particular colour in an ‘improv’ quilt.
Very quickly sent in a recyclable package and something really helpful for me - free delivery.

Very quiet fan, especially useful at night. Great range of fan speeds.
We have now bought three and are very pleased with all of them.

Very happy with Chris Bowers.
Lovely, healthy trees which are growing well. Fast delivery and extremely carefully packaged.
If I had more space I’d buy more and plant an orchard.
