First contacted the housing ombudsman…

First contacted the housing ombudsman in december 2018. Not really been any help in my issues with Clarion housing. Just keep telling me I have to escalate my complaint, which I do and still nothing happens. Not really sure what their purpose is as I have not found them much help

I am only giving 1 star as no option to…

I am only giving 1 star as no option to give 0. Absolutely shocking and disgusting cstomer service for their tenants. Had a pigeon infestation which I first reported 8 months ago. Not once has anyone from Clarion been in contact or returned my calls, except when the housing ombudsman have contacted them. Even then I get an email asking to clarify what I would like to happen, then nothing. I have escalated 2 formal complaints, which they randomly close when not resolved. I have 3 children and a garden space we pay for that can not be used due to large clumps if pigeons droppings constantly falling in the garden. Some have had live maggots in them. All this housing association care about is £. If i had the option to leave this property I would. They don't care about their tenants or their obligations as a land lord. They apparently don't have the £ to maintain their properties and provide tenants a decent standard of living, but I guarantee they have thousands spare when it comes to attending awards and having a good old jolly up. Absolute disgrace, Clarion housing should be holding their heads in shame.
