Do not use this company.

This is most certainly a company to avoid. I have had a claim ongoing now for some considerable time and keep on getting fobbed off whenever I have contacted them. That's after all the hoops you need to jump through even before you get your claim supposedly looked at. Do not use this company.

I'm sure you'll read plenty of reviews…

I'm sure you'll read plenty of reviews that are positive with this site but do not believe them. They are probably paid for reviews. Speaking personally of the site. They are absolute trash. The delivery time is horrendous. The quality of the products if you get the correct size (which I did not) is absolutely terrible. And with regards to trying to access your account in respect to refunds or returns is non existent and the link just redirect you to the home page again. Just avoid this site like you would avoid rubbing your nose in an sweaty crevice.

We do not use a national standard size, but our own. This is because we ship to over 200 countries and many of them have a completely different sizing system. However, to prevent customers from ordering the wrong sizes, size information is usually included in the ""Size Chart"".

We take full responsibility for the quality problems or the product that does not meet the recommendations.we need the pictures of the received products to feedback and claim to the suppliers.

Normally, if you login your account and find the order in "My orders" you will see the botton to submit a ticket to get our customer service team's help, it is abnormal that you cannot find the return or exchange ticket.

Could you please tell us the order number. We will follow up on your case and make every effort to resolve your problems?

I played with this site some years ago

I played with this site some years ago. I can genuinely relate to the previous reviews as I deposited a small amount and I won I think a hundred odd which I tried to withdraw. This did not happen however and they proceeded to take all of my funds claiming that I had not fulfilled a wagering requirement which I know full well I refused any bonuses on sign up. This site is run by crooks. Avoid at all costs. I no longer gamble.
