Terribly disappointed me about their…

Terribly disappointed me about their product and then customer service.
I bought hp laptop for £575, on 1st of May 2024. The laptop's hinge got broken, without any accident. Now when I contacted them and informed them about this, they are asking me to pay £375 for repair. Don't know how they asking me for money, if their laptop got broken within 9 months.
I will never ever buy any of their product anless I get it repaired. And also advice other to get cautious about hp product.

Dangerously poor

Dangerously poor. I ordered item 2 months back, not received item. Communication made to seller and Aliexpress , for either to send the item or my money refund. Nothing received. Now they are making vague explanation to contact EVRI for the item, without refunding my money. Totally vogus company. I am going to raise it to FCA.

They resolved the issues fully

They resolved the issues fully, but the services through LA motor repairs was totally inefficient, though it was not warrantywise's fault but as customer, I had to face the issues multiple times.
In short LA motor repairs service was totally frustrating and inefficient.

Disgusting experience with PMI

I gave interview few days ago. After three stages, I not feedback as no, without any reason where I was lacking. I could see the my knowledge was fur fur ahead of the interviewers' knowledge. The last interviewer was pathatic. Don't have knowledge, and don't care about people's valuable time. Totally disgusting experience. Will never apply in future and will not refer any friends to think about this company.

Im sorry you feel the quality is not good but im sure the brand would disagree with you here. In fact we would have to disagree too as we have sold over 300 pairs in the first week of this shoes launch and only a few compalints about sizing no complaints about quality ? These trainers were a genuine £74.99 RRP as advertised on the Gola website which were available at only £17.49 per pair with free delivery for a limited period only, where can you get a genuine £74.99 trainer for £17.49 for with free delivery ? Some customers unfortunately just want the impossible !!!!!! If you are unhappy with your purchase then please return for a full refund - please note trainers have not been returned as of us replying to this feedback.

Hi, a simple suggestion, don't take ring door bell... they are totally unreliable. They skip recording. It means when you need it urgently, you won't get it. Therefore, I won't take it, even it is free, forget about paying money.

Mis-sold product

I bought their (EWT) water softner last year. I was told that time, I need to replace water filter every year, and it would cost around £30, and there are no additional service is needed for it. This year, on expiry of 12 month, when I try to find the filter from EWT Water, they are telling there is no direct option to buy water filter. I need to take maintenance service, which would cost me £132. When I asked them, that I need only water filter, nothing else, they ultimate given me option to get it, and it would cost me £80. Where outside it is £30, they don't bother to keep promises. They mis-sold the water softner, by telling no other charge is needed to continue their product, but that's not the case.
I am totally frustrated, and when I asked them to take product, and give me the money refund, their customer service is telling, there is no option to return. It is totally dissatisfied service. And I will urge people not to get trapped from EWT Water.

Very bad company

Very bad company. They don't think about employee at all, but only money. Upper management is not supportive at all. If they could not get project, because of un-skilled sales team, they make employee redundant. Ridiculous culture. No value addition to employee, no training sponsorship for productivity improvement. HR department is more horrible,  they don't listen to employee at all. No redundancy compensation.

Not at all happy with their service. They ignoredmy actual meter reading, an extreme stupidity. Don't know how this kind of company do business and even survies. Hope it is going to be out of business very soon.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. Staffs are very rude. They are looking for charging customer. I had car with no scratch outside. But shown me scratch during inspection. I was surprised. I did not notice such big scratch earlier. It seems while went to the reception to return key, they scratched the body and charged.
