They are a bunch of scammers

They are a bunch of scammers, finally refunded and now sending me invoices despite having the refund from them though. Terrible experiences, bad customer service. Avoid at all costs.

I expected so much better from John Lewis.

I ordered online, and when an issue came up, I spent days getting bounced between departments and told to “go to a store” for help — even though I purchased online. Not once did anyone take responsibility or seem interested in resolving the problem. Every response felt scripted, and they continually shifted the burden back to me to fix their mistake.

Ultimately, customer service has been unhelpful, evasive, and a complete disappointment from a brand that prides itself on service. What happened to John Lewis’ high standards of care and accountability? After this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Platform has no integrity.

Platform has no integrity.

Provided proof to this company of legitimate review. They ignored this, ignored my questions. They refuse to interact.

Their content integrity practices are corrupt and they have ignored a legitimate review and the potential of looking into what went wrong in this instance.

As such, their integrity is in disrepute.

Either they are negligent or purposely in someone’s pocket. This is not being accountable, it is not what I would call integrity. Untrustworthy pilot.

Hair in food, called customer service and it hangs up on you and says error, t go online, this is inconvienient but even on doing so the ( long winded )complaints form crashes

They deleted my legit review. I provided proof and after 5 days no one has contacted me / approved my reviews. In my opinion and experience trust pilot feels fishy and biased.

only automated now.

I was told I can only use the automated tills despite not being able to. There were no staff check outs only automation. The customer focus has totally gone out of the window. It really sent off my anxiety in a busy store and resulted in encouraging my stimming. I shall not be shopping inner again unless they move away from automation

Toxic customer service. Really disappointed with this company

really disappointed with this company, they charged full price by not honouring a trial deal I took out with them; then the product did not arrive. I requested a refund which never happened. Going through my bank I received a refund yet they are pursuing me for the money. It has affected my mental health, they have agreed that I should have a refund but now want me to pay for it again to be refunded. They won't leave me alone despite my mental health, I've requested a complaint and exculation both of which they ignore and bypass any mention of my mental health and references to the equalities Act. In my opinion hello fresh is a toxic relationship that not only overcharges, but doesn't deliver whilst refusing leave.
