The results from Sherwood Tinning were fabulous, my pans came back as good as new and monogram stamped with my initials. Improvements could be made in the area of communication, the landline is out of service and one is never too sure who will answer the mobile phone, emails to the info@ address went unnoticed. The product is lovely, the communication is idiosyncratic! Good folk though.

Thank you for your review. We do communicate our policies transparently to our customers, including our non-refundable cancellation policy. Many other providers likewise don’t offer refunds, so this is not uncommon practice across the travel industry.
