Blamed a supplier!?
Like other reviews I've seen here, placed an order and got confirmation but then nothing, it never arrived and no email alert or anything so ordered again. Money on card absolutely no issues there. Same thing happened 'Order Complete' never arrived but no notification or anything. Used customer services chat, they lied saying it was a one-off issue with the website (that happened twice...).
Gave benefit of the doubt and it happened a third time. Emailed customer services with a complaint, eventually replied blaming their supplier. It's not OK to just blame the supplier for B2C Photobox are my supplier. Customer service couldn't have cared less, wasted so much time and therefore first time I've felt compelled to leave a bad review publicly as things can almost always be resolved but not in this case.
