Poor value and service

I'm sincerely disappointed with my order for my mum's birthday.

The flowers were ordered on 24th September, due to arrive on the 26th September but only arrived on the 30th September and had of course died.

The quantity also appears unimpressive.

Won't be using again.

Really great company

Really great company. High quality flowers and packaged extremely well. Professional communications via email and an easy to use website and App.

I had been looking for a decent flower company (they do cakes/balloons and other stuff too) for some time and found Potico via a Grab offer.

Will 100% use again.

Grab a hold of your business

This company is OK in some places like Bangkok. It costs more than other companies but it's somewhat reliable. However in Phuket the drivers are allowed to to do whatever they want and it charges you to cancel. So, can't really endorse that. Grab you suck.

Great value and peace of mind

Jack and Chloe were a pleasure to deal with when we unfortunately had to make 3 separate claims in a short space of time. I was a little nervous and skeptical because the insurance (annual multi-trip) with no excess isn't especially expensive, and whilst we had been using it for some time you never really know until you claim.

Overall, I couldn't have been happier with the service and systems. Had we'd known how straightforward it was going to be, it would have made handling the bad incidents a lot easier in the first place!

Ultimately, I would highly recommend Expatriate Group to anyone who asks about getting insured whilst living abroad and will confidently recommend to friends in the future if they need a company that's good value and offers peace of mind.

Sohail was extremely helpful and talked…

Sohail was extremely helpful and talked me through the process to help me get my account even more secure using the 2FA service. Being abroad I had some issue with the transition but I called customer services and got through straight away. The platform and service just keeps getting better.

Blamed a supplier!?

Like other reviews I've seen here, placed an order and got confirmation but then nothing, it never arrived and no email alert or anything so ordered again. Money on card absolutely no issues there. Same thing happened 'Order Complete' never arrived but no notification or anything. Used customer services chat, they lied saying it was a one-off issue with the website (that happened twice...).

Gave benefit of the doubt and it happened a third time. Emailed customer services with a complaint, eventually replied blaming their supplier. It's not OK to just blame the supplier for B2C Photobox are my supplier. Customer service couldn't have cared less, wasted so much time and therefore first time I've felt compelled to leave a bad review publicly as things can almost always be resolved but not in this case.
