Utterly disgusting service. Bought something off someone on FB market place. Sender accidently put the wrong number in the address. We have been told by parcel force after paying £5.50 it would still be delivered to the amended address. 7-8 calls later and the tracking info says otherwise. Sworn at and abused by one of your customer service reps. A company that's primary service is to deliver things can't amend a delivery address and has outright lied about the redirect.

Paid for boosting that I did not get. Support just close tickets they do not reply. Highly unprofessional. The seller did not provide the boost originally we had a few problems with my game account being frozen so had to wait to start boost once I got the account back. The seller than couldn't do the boosting. I opened a paypal case which decided in favour of g2g. The seller then responded agreed they could do the boost as my account unfroze. They won't do the boosting now because of the paypal case and g2g closing order. G2G have taken my money and NOT provided the service. 4694694

Scam website never received account. Stuck in the preparing phase even though order says complete. No replies to emails or messages. Trustpilot STOP removing reviews for this website people need protecting from scammers.

I have messaged this company on eBay, directly and tried ringing for 3 days solid. No responses or replies.

Had some custom oak cuts to make into shelving. Great quality, good price and delivered well packaged.

Ordered 12 days ago no email confirmation, no reply to Facebook messages and no emails have come through for the order. I've opened a Paypal dispute that hasn't been replied to either by Woodsheets.

I understand we're in the Covid 19 situation but this is still poor. Lots of reviews on here some getting orders many weeks laters and others nothing at all. Lots of Facebook replies on their page with negative opinions. I ordered two large circle pieces of MDF cut to spec with holes in to use as gym bumper plates. I don't think I'll get a reply or the items. AVOID!

Delayed payment and a few issues but resolved by friendly customer services call back once I had left a 1 star review. Changing my review based on complaint handling. May use again cant fault the lady who rang me back. Shame I had to leave a bad review but was given £5 bonus payment to say sorry.

Very dubious ordering from CEX due to in store experiences in Bristol and Kingswood. Bought a Wii U plus Mario Kart 8 and wheels 2nd hand for bank holiday fun. Arrived within 3 days all fully working. I am pleased the price was good and as advertised. Not bad for £110 including delivery.
