If I could give this company minus stars I would. Do not buy insurance from them! My daughter’s car broke down on Sunday afternoon on the M4. She was left there for over 3 hrs in extreme hot conditions whilst the call handler repeatedly told us that they can only recover the vehicle to a location within 25 miles. She had purchased full uk recovery which states in black and white that if it’s not possible to take a vehicle to a garage for repair the same day (it wasn’t because all the garages are shut on a Sunday) the vehicle and its occupants will be taken to a location of their choice, which in this case was her home address. Despite having this escalated, they still refused to have the car and the occupants transported to their location of choice. I will be taking them to a small claims court.

I bought some Anthony Shave Cream. Delivery was excellent but I’m not convinced this isn’t a fake product. All Anthony products I’ve purchased before have red writing on the Ojective and Strategy. Also the O in Anthony is always red. The tube I received doesn’t have red characters and the cream doesn’t smell or feel like the previous products that I’ve bought. I would be wary of buying the same product from here.
