The artwork color was very dull and after I enlarged it as far as possible, the logo was much smaller than expected. The same style cup and artwork was purchased the previous year and yet the size of the logo varied greatly between the two. I would make sure to call and verify the logo measurements are correct next time.
Otherwise, quality for the price and speed of process/ delivery is great.
