Fully recommend, great customer service, and fast delivery

I have spent thousands of pounds with demon tweeks in the past. Recently I ordered a parcel worth £1800, parcel force delivered it to my door and just dumped it at my doorstep whilst I was at work. When I got back from work the parcel was not there.

I did not tell the parcel company to leave the parcel in a safe place or for them to leave it at my doorstep so I am legally obliged to a full refund. The parcel force driver admitted to leaving the parcel at my door unattended and there is photo evidence of him doing so which he took himself. Despite all the hard evidence demon tweeks is avoiding giving me a refund.

If they do not I will have no choice but to take them to a small claims court and get my money back that way.

Please avoid using this company if you want your money to be in safe hands. I will update my review if I get a refund.

You never requested further information from me and I responded to every email.

I have video evidence of the parcel being left carelessly at my doorstep which I have supplied yet there still has been no refund.

The driver lied in his interview and said there was a note on my door, but the video evidence proved this to be a lie, yet no refund.

Instead your manager said and I quote '' However, may we remind you this situation was compounded by your absence when expecting the delivery of a high value order.''

He tried to blame it on me, my response was and I quote

''Absolutely not, my absence has nothing to do with the situation, but rather the delivery driver leaving the parcel unattended when he was not instructed to. Blaming this on me is an insult, a package of that value should be flagged as signed for. This is not my fault, it is the courier, do not try to put one bit of onus on me - why was the package left? Why was it not a signed for package? Why did they not keep the package and come back another day? ''

Do not be fooled by their response, they lack customer service and treated this entire situation poorly. I have waited 8 days and still no solution or refund despite the video evidence clearly showing the parcel being dumped outside my property.

Furthermore you have not been in daily contact there is some periods where I do not hear back at all and I have to chase up on it myself.

My medication has not arrived yet and they are just telling me to wait another 4 days even though I waited for 3 and paid for 1st class

Fast delivery. But the gloves where filled with small balls which where hard to remove and to make matters worse the lining of the gloves where pulled out which made it impossible for me to try them on. Overall very disappointed. I am nee to motorbiking an it was the first time i used sportsbike shop. I heard great things about it but unfortunately my first experience was terrible
