I am very grateful for the work done on my behalf by Mel. He is clearly very knowledgeable in what he does but brought a personal touch into his dealings with me also, concerning the U.K. State pension. He communicated very clearly with me each step of the way. We are similar in age and we each seem to have worked in U.K. during the same period. I had never imagined that I could be in line for any kind of U.K. pension. I am not good at figures or paperwork and was relieved to have Mel act as my agent in corresponding with HMRC. I am delighted with the outcome.

I found staff very helpful and patient in inducting me in the use of the access codes etc. I am a shift worker and sometimes can only use the facilities during out-of-hours times. Staff were very accommodating in meeting my needs in this regard.
