Site is easy to use, good selection of prizes available at reasonable ticket prices. Have won several times now so will continue to buy tickets when prizes on offer take my eye. Very speedy processing wins, what more could you want.

The constant emails telling me "we found new facts " annoying, then you check and often it is a fact I had already added or completely irrelevant. Could just be me, I found out how to upload a tree from another site and it appears to have shrunk, lots of family tree missing. The tree I keep getting shown isn't what I was concentrating on. Previously managed to get back to late 1700's on fathers side and it has disappeared. Recently subscribed again and now I know why I cancelled last time.

When looking at your family tree there is a magnifying glass icon at the top right hand side, if you click this and search for a name you think is missing does it appear? If not please send a copy of your GEDcom file over to us and we can investigate on your behalf.
