2nd time went to purchase Ice cream first told no staff and today serious attitude and disrespectful from the guy behind the counter 2030pm saying he's going on break speak to management and stormed off said complain if you have an issue and my partner asked if theres any cover started getting abusive to her. After numerous requests for an apology from the team leader which he gave reluctantly, he did not handle the situation neutrally. Overall a very poor experience.

We viewed a property and placed the holding deposit as listed however the landlord decided to take higher offer very professional if it was listed higher than we would not have wasted our time viewing it.I did complain about Property 1776540 and the response was a rare incident. The company should have taken the property off and bare the landlord for mal practice. Which they have not done. There should be an option where customers can rate landlords and write comments.

Been hold for 20.minutes last 2 days to resolve booking error. Seems you just get put on hold forever. Very poor service from a large organisation.

Virgin media homepage is constantly down,our home phone line was dead 2 days, took ages to sort out as there web site had issues. I'm suppose to be on 200mbps and it never is that speed. When you complain they never respond. Not a good service provide.

Majority staff very helpful, one or two need to be people friendly.
