Where do I start !!!

Total fitness -poor communication on joining , staff all happy and polite but when an issue needs addressing they don’t respond .

Advertising “splash sessions” when they had actually been cancelled 8 months prior 🤭

Not enough lifeguards for pools , therefore families having to go in roped off lanes in cold pool!!!!! But when you read staff reviews this seems to be due to poor management !

Facilities nice but some staff do not seem to have any common sense e,g not letting 3 children ages 8 /9and 10 to go swimming in a pool where nobody else was in and one life guard surprisingly on duty,but was not allowed to go in cause I apparently was not able to supervise 3 very well abled swimmers!!!! What does a life guard at the total fitness do ??????😂 but if you want to walk in a “fast lane” of the adult swimming pool- total fitness is the place for you !!!!!!
