Good value - landlord happy!

We have a really good experience, the property was cleaned to a good standard, no complaints raised by the landlord. Found customer service really responsive when booking and making changes to the invoice. The invoice itself was clearly laid out and easy to understand. A competitive price as well. Luckily we didn't need the guarantee but was essential that we had one.

Didn't attempt delivery!

Firstly, YODEL don't give you an estimated delivery window until multiple hours into the day they're going to deliver it - so you can't plan in advance. I was then watching the live tracker, saw I was the next stop, waiting in the living room, and no attempt at delivery was made. I then couldn't call them, because it was a Saturday and their customer service lines were closed. I saw they'd recorded a missed delivery at 17:59, at 18:00 I was outside my house and there was no one around.

Have been really impressed with Fuse so far, can't be beaten on price. We also had them come to install our Electricity smart meter today. Nathan was very quick and very knowledge - really helpful and friendly. The process was very simple!

Really poor quality, definitely not an RRP of £40 for the shoes I bought

Got one as present on my birthday. Sleek, simple, and elegant design. It was exactly my style which I'd struggled to find anywhere else. Ability to change watch straps is a nice touch.

The online chat feature that they have is responsive and helpful. I spoke to Vanessa and she was able to help me with my query. Yet to place an order with them, but I have a positive experience of their customer service.
