I've just opened another 2 year fixed ISA, with Charter. I've been with them for a couple of years, and all my dealings with them have been superb. In that time, I've closed accounts and re-opened them to obtain a higher rate, carried out money transfers, and talked to their advisors on the phone. All dealings were promptly and efficiently addressed.
