I ordered this on 3rd November. Claimed it was 48h delivery. It’s now the 12th November and it’s not been delivered. I contacted the “hello @water2.com” and they have still not resolved this. I have requested a refund, it’s still not happened. Thankfully I bought this through PayPal, so I will start the claim to get my money back through them because the water2 people don’t seem interested in resolving this. If this is how they treat a new customer I hate to think what they treat existing customers like. Not a chance I will be using this company going forward. I suggest anyone looking to purchase this to seriously consider whether they want this hassle.

Nonto was very helpful and did exactly what I asked, transferring old account to new account etc.

Great communication. Very quick delivery and it was the lowest price I could find for the ink. Would recommend.

Yodel seem to never care about the packages that they deliver. I've had a number of issues with them, and I am finally writing a review. Today they left my parcel damaged with the receptionist in my building and there was no attempt by them to recognise that this is their issue. I avoid Yodel as a general rule, but when I get stuck with them I ALWAYS have issues.

My wife and I have been looking for a place for ages, and all other estate agents didn’t quite get what we needed. That was until we met Charlie, he was very professional, available on the phone and overall incredibly helpful and friendly. I’d recommend Charlie to anyone.

The T-shirts are very good quality, I’ve washed and dried them and there was no shrinking which is 3 stars alone… postage/delivery was good. Can’t fault them

Fantastic work done, changed taps, fitted radiators, fitted hot boiling water tap with water filter and fixed my boiler and gave it a service. I even called them on Sunday (their day off) and they still came round to check on my issues! Wonderful service.

I’ve ordered from Scoff a few times now and I am hooked, the food is delicious and it’s so easy for me, with a young kid running around and another expected I will definitely order from these guys again. I would recommend to everyone!
