Order not arrived 9 days after purchce
I ordered this on 3rd November. Claimed it was 48h delivery. It’s now the 12th November and it’s not been delivered. I contacted the “hello @water2.com” and they have still not resolved this. I have requested a refund, it’s still not happened. Thankfully I bought this through PayPal, so I will start the claim to get my money back through them because the water2 people don’t seem interested in resolving this. If this is how they treat a new customer I hate to think what they treat existing customers like. Not a chance I will be using this company going forward. I suggest anyone looking to purchase this to seriously consider whether they want this hassle.
