Sincere effort to respond to my expectations after a problem arose.

Simple: Ordered 2 bags of cat food...both listed as 'Disponible' on the website. No news for 5 days so I called SAV only to find out that one of the items is 'en de retour en stock' for the end of this coming week. I would have been waiting for 10 days or more with no update if I hadn't called the SAV.
That same item is still listed as 'Disponible' at the website !
Why such misleading information on the website ?
Why do you take payment prior to fulfilling and/or shipping an order ?
Cat's going to lose weight. I will have to go out and buy replacement food because of total mismanagement of my order.
Even though they are at fault the did not even propose to send half my order immediately and the rest when it is back in stock. This lack of a simple gesture indicates they do not value my fidelity.

UPDATE
The SAV contacted me the same day I posted my review and proposed to send out the bag available immediately and refund the other bag as at that point they no longer had a known availability date. Given the sincere attempt to satisfy my requirements I have updated my rating from two to three stars and changed the title.
