Uber eats seem ok with restaurant…

Uber eats seem ok with restaurant delivery, with the exception of McDs, although I don’t know why you'd order from there anyway. Anyway, thats where the 1 star that I'm giving ends and no more praise to be had. Grocery deliveries are awful to use through Uber and they are even worse to deal with when things go wrong. If I could give a minus or zero rating I would. Customer service, logistics, everything, all extremely poor.

Happy with the service from DJVape

After reading the reviews on here and understanding it would be posted from China I went ahead and ordered. I'm very happy with the service provided to me by DJVape and Danny in particular in his quick response to my query. It took two and a half weeks for my item to arrive which was about right for international postage. I'm very happy with the product and would order from them again.

Mobile car alarm fitment

I booked my car in for a car alarm to be fitted at my house. The chaps turned up and introduced themselves and quietly went about fitting the alarm. They were polite, professional and efficient. A couple of hours later and it was all done with a demo of its features. Payment was made easily and a receipt was emailed to me. I would happily recommend Safeandsoundmobile for all your car alarm requirements. Excellent service!

Terrible service

Probably the worst shaving apparel supplier company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Full of excuses regarding non delivery to the UK including using Brexit! Then out of nowhere its 30 minutes from my door. Now having asked for a refund which they wouldn't do until they had the parcel back I expected to actually take delivery having finally arrived in the UK. But no They wait until its right in my neighbourhood before asking for it to be returned! I complain and they refund immediately! So why did I wait for that in the first place? It makes no sense. Totally unprofessional. I do not recommend Proshave at all. If it was possible to give a negative star value i would.

Thank you for your review. I would like to add a few comments to clarify what actually happened.

I must admit that we are a bit surprised by your attitude as we have done exactly what we said we would; we always do everything in our power to give our customers the very best service.

You placed an order in our web shop, and we sent the parcel off to you in the UK.

As the parcel was stopped in customs, you informed us that you did not want to wait and for that reason, you no longer wanted the delivery. We explained that the new customs rules are due to Brexit, and, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this situation. We also told you that we would ask the Danish Postal Service to have the parcel returned to us as quickly as possible and that you would receive a full refund as soon as we received the parcel. This is standard procedure pertaining to refunds.

In the meantime, before the parcel was returned to us, it cleared British customs, Subsequently, it was handed to the UK courier who attempted to make the delivery. We were unaware of this, but because of our service standards, we chose not to wait for the parcel to be returned to us before issuing the refund :-)

The payment has been refunded to your card, and we are very sorry that Brexit and its ensuing customs rules came as a surprise to you.

Unacceptable service

Terrible experience with Car Audio Direct. How they're still in business is no ones guess. Terrible communication skills, no apparent after sales care and full of excuses when asking for a refund for items not received. Thank goodness i paid via amazon pay and was able to raise a claim. Never again will i even consider this seller. Steer well clear and go else where.
