Placed my first order with them 6/3/25 and it will be my last. Need a tire rim. Found one on their site for $76, shipping $12.97, add $3.00 for expedited shipping. As of 3/9/25 still have not received the item I paid $101. Their argument on 6/4/25 is that it excludes weekends. My argument is expedited shipping is not a 7 day expectation weekend or not. Found the rim elsewhere that could be delivered on friday 6/6/25
Asked for a cancelation and refund the next day 6/4/25 the item had not been shipped and they refused. Just check tracking 6/9/25 and there is another delay with my order.
Check other websites before ordering make part geeks the last/only result before ordering from them. I found it's not about customer service with them its about keeping your dollars if given to them. My mistake for not doing my own research.

Purchased Vizio soundbar didn't see refurbished on the page but it was there, received the sound bar with the remote and power cord, no instructions,contacted company because i thought i Purchased a new vizio soundbar. was informed it was refurbished. The tone of the email from Harrison i didn't appreciate but it was my mistake. I was instructed because I had buyers remorse no return label will be provided i would have to pay for shipping and provide them with tracking number without instructions on how to provide that information. Ok big hassle new experience for me. So i
researched the soundbar to figure out how set it up.what found is i did not receive all the components needed to set up and operate the soundbar.
To me that is a DEFECTIVE ITEM that can't be used as intended.
Reached out again to until gone with no response. Have ordered from this site for over 5 yrs with no issues. First issue i have with the site and this is the CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED.....
LOST $38.00 on this order in this economy.

Found some candles a few months ago on their clearance table at the front of one of the St Louis Mo stores paid three dollars each for them decided to use them today removing the $4 price tag & warning label and found another price tag & warnings label ($3 price tag). Moral of the review everything marked clearance is not on clearance paid $3 for them anyway not understanding the deceitful tactic. No longer trust the brand

Out for delivery 3/4/19 (4 days later)
Delivery is not two day delivery as it has been for several yrs, its two days after the order has been shipped. Ok
Day of delivery: out for delivery by 8pm USPS in my area no later that 12 noon.
USPS delivered at 7:45 pm but,
only received one package out three 5 min laters received an email stating all 3 packages has been delivered.
Have not received items 3/17/19
New changes at amazon is not in the best interest of their customers......
