OKA Tunbridge Wells is nothing short of divine. Ursula who helped me was super! The floral display alone deserves its own fanfare — a riot of style so splendid I half thought I’d stumbled into the Chelsea Flower Show by mistake.

The staff could not have been more charming: helpful without fuss, and with a twinkle of genuine enthusiasm. I left with an arrangement I adore and the distinct feeling I’d just been hosted in a country house rather than a shop.

Quite, quite marvellous — five stars without hesitation.

Wow - I have just been to the store and it’s amazing. The product, the environment and the service. It’s was truly compelling, a gentleman by the name of Stephen served me and his service was quite quintessential. I was overwhelmed with the sensations I felt from the feeling of just pure luxury.
