This app needs shut down!
Placed a order via Uber eats last night, after waiting 1hr 30mins the order didn’t arrive, I rang the company I ordered from to get some information the girl on the phone told me they turned the Uber eats machine off and that the order shouldn’t have gone through.. then she said they didn’t have enough chips to do the order so I would need to contact Uber eats for a refund.. BUT Uber eats refuse to give me a refund because it’s “ not eligible “ even with proof from the chip shop.. DISGUSTING uber needs removed

Really horrible experience. On Friday I had money come into my account (expected) but a complete scam/fraud payment was taken from me that left me with less than a tenner, Ulster bank where no help to me at all, I spoke with a woman named Sarah who I told all my issues to, I have kids etc, well Sarah decided to reply to me by saying
“ have you heard of food banks?” I was absolutely offended and upset that this was my offer after getting money stollen from my account

I then spoke to a man on the phone who I explained everything too and he just didn’t understand it, basically blamed me for the fraud and said “ it’s like going to Tesco’s for a full shop and wanting to claim when you get home”
No this was not the same thing at all, I did not sign up to anything like that and the reviews from the fraudsters all state the exact same and neither of them signed up for it so I was made out to be stupid basically.. I’m currently looking at other places to bank with instead of Ulster bank. Nobody wants to bank with somewhere that does not care for customers

SCAM SCAM SCAM these gyps steal money from your account and lie and say “ you signed up” haha no I didn’t you liars.. filthy people I would be ashamed.

Disgraceful company, lied to me saying my items where dispatched on the 12th of December but royal Mail said they are expecting the parcel from the sending from the 17th only!! £7 delivery for this.. absolutely shocking service stay clear honestly!! Scammers

My love palette arrived and the pigment is awful on a couple of shades, there’s no pigment at all on two shades. I contacted costumer service a week ago and they still haven’t got back to me, I thought I perhaps had a bad batch but nobody emailed me back to tell me any further information so customer service is shocking and the fair to care for customers!
