Unfortunately I have been very dissapointed and unhappy with my recent experience of purchasing a lamp in Funiture Village at White City retail Park. I have previously brought a sofa at this store and had no problems with the staff,order or the delivery.

On this occasion it has been very stressful with having to continually contact the store to find out what has happened with the order and delivery and have to repeat myself to different staff about the issue.

I have now been offered a replacement lamp due to the one I ordered being broken by a member of staff whilst they were dismantling it. However what I have been most unhappy about is a poor response and service from some (not all) of the staff at the store.

I really like the choice and variety that Funiture Village offer but this experience has made me think twice about purchasing anything from this store in future.
