Everything was quick and easy, and the digital license arrived very quickly. This review is based on genuine experience, but I would not have written it were it not for the monetary offer as an incentive. Also, I still don't know if it was necessary to pay for a license to travel from a European country to another European country.

Looked for a DVD. Long time to open page. Slow response time for a Search. Picked a DVD I wanted and tried to put it in a "save" box. Can't; have to sign up first. After signing up, I'm told I need to confirm by clicking on the link in the email sent to me. No email arrived. I clicked on customer service. The form said I should write my question in the form above. There was no form, nor anything to click on that would allow me to write. I phoned them. No answer. Finally an answering machine answered and said to leave a message. Moments later, it said the mailbox was full. I will not be buying anything from this company.

One product that was supposed to have a coated tablet was very hot on my tongue. A later purchase of garlic tablets came with the bottle seal opened (Customer Service said Customs would have opened the bottle to check the contents), and all the capsules were stuck together so firmly, I could not even pull them apart to get one out of the bottle. Customer service was OK.

Great customer service. The rep explained the differences between the programs, where to find things how to upload, and more, in a clear, concise manner. Thank you!

Always easy to find products on the website and placing an order is simple; good resource for planting information as well. Previous contacts with customer service has shown them to be very helpful and courteous.
