Delivery driver didn’t chap the door

Delivery driver didn’t chap the door, but Infact rammed the parcel through my letter box and ripped it off the door

Have been a loyal customer for years…

Have been a loyal customer for years and received an order all was okay minus one product that leaked all over the box and the rest products. I tried to sort this out with look fantastic, sent pics etc. I’m still being asked for further pics, batch’s numbers etc. such a hassle and will not be ordering again. I wasn’t even looking for a refund just replacement, despite sending clear evidence this isn’t good enough and more Info is needed to open an investigation. No worth the time!

Do not use argos!

Do not use argos!! I paid for an order then hours later told me it was cancelled and then said I couldn’t get my money back for 5 days. I used the last of my money to buy my nephews birthday for tomorrow and now am left without a gift and money. Absolute disgrace. Will be going else from now on.

Ordered a gift for mother day at least…

Ordered a gift for mother day at least 2 weeks before, nothing arrived! Then I got an email saying it was he 5 days ago, that’s was on the 21st march and still nothing. I emailed the company asking for a refund, was told no and i was to send the gift back but pay for shipping 🤔 been told this twice, customer service shocking. Do not order from here

Communication is disgraceful still waiting on refund

Communication is disgraceful! Only one of two items arrived, baring in mind these were Xmas gifts!! When trying to chase up with look fantastic for days, I was then told it was out of stock. I think it terrible customer service that I had to contact the retailer rather than them coming to me first! Iv had no communication about when I will get a refund, I have logged a complaint with clear pay also, as this was my payment method. I’m no stuck as I can’t afford to replace the Xmas gift.

To make matters worse the length of time it takes look fantastic to reply to you is shocking!

I was a loyal customer but after this experience I will not be shopping with them again.
