Used to be mediocre, now pure trash. Hands down the worst airline in Europe.
Staff get priority over paying customers, countless delays, rebookings all the time and eventually the luggage gets lost and the airline itself takes zero responsibility for anything.

Never got my ticket after the payment was made and their team seemed to be totally unaware of what is going on with my booking. Some said they have the ticket and will send it soon, some said that I have to pay more and they will send a payment link. Never got the link or the ticket since they kept sending the link to wrong email addresses every time they had to send something.
The response time of the support is also terrible. Emailed several times and they advised me calling. Had to wait 30-45 minutes on hold every time I called there. After
