Customer service is absolutely…

Customer service is absolutely terrible, and pricing is dishonest. Every time that I haven't needed to speak with someone it takes forever to connect with the right person. Today, it took me 70 minutes to speak with their billing department.
Their pricing page appears to be very straightforward, and there is no mention whatsoever that the displayed pricing is promotional. However, they charge a number of their clients a much higher rate. I'm fairly certain this is illegal (to show pricing that is promotional and not state it as such) in a number of states.

basic tech doesn't work

In literally the first week of service, Factor75 failed to send us a reminder that we had to select the meals, so they choose automatically for us, making a number of selections that don't fit our preferences. I confirmed that under 'Settings / Notifications', we were supposed to be receiving a notification that we need to select meals, but no notification was ever sent.

If a supposedly tech-forward company like this can't even send a notification like this....

We purchased three items from Crate and…

We purchased three items from Crate and Barrel. Two of the three items were so badly damaged in transit, that the delivery team immediately put them back on the truck, they didn't even ask if we wanted to keep them. When the replacement items finally arrived, I should have not taken delivery because the workmanship was so poor. The two pieces both had terrible alignment of components and large panel gaps. Many years ago, C&B made quality furniture. But they seem to be cutting corners everywhere and the quality is terrible.

Fraudulent company

I bought an SSL certificate from SSLS.com. They emailed me 24 hours later saying that payment had failed, and that they would revoke my certificate if I didn't log in and make the payment again. I did so. I then saw that the first payment had not failed, and that they had now charged me twice. They are refusing to refund the first payment. I have now spent multiple hours dealing with this. It is not worth my time, but the principal of the matter. Would never use them again.

sold something without having the inventory...

CampSaver said that they had inventory of an item that we knew was being discontinued soon. We ordered it, and didn't hear back from them for weeks that they no longer had the item. Everyone else had stopped carrying the item by that point. Very frustrated and disappointed with them.
