Poor Quality Service Overall
1 Star - I cannot go lower! I was not notified of delivery, hence 132 slabs were delivered without my acceptance. They were delivered in poor condition; 28 were stained with rust from the nails in the pallets (probably left in standing water), they also had mould, black spot etc which took me 10hrs overall to clean off for use. I received 28 replacement slabs, again with no notice of delivery, 13 of these (10%) were damaged, they had been packed without protection and banded without protection and obviously stacked with little care onto the pallet.
The issue remains extant and unresolved.
This is my first and last experience with this company, my experience may of course be a 'one off', only you can decide if you wish to take the risk of purchasing from this supplier.
As a way to improve - Listen to your customers, do not simply dismiss your customers because you consider this to be the easy path. Management need to step up and engage e.g. Speak to a customer when there is an ongoing issue, do not keep pushing it to the customer service staff. I have requested to speak to Senior Management / CEO on several occasions, but to no effect.
I have offered resolution options, but to no avail, I keep receiving the same dismissive e-mail. Do you 'Risk it' ?????
