I have placed 3 or 4 orders over the last couple of months and have always received them quickly and the returns (although you have to pay) have always been straightforward for me. In one case an item has been missed off a refund and although it took an age to be connected to a human agent on the chat on their website, once I got through it was super quick and the agent refunded the missing item quickly. Thank you 🙂

If I could give zero stars I would.

If I could give zero stars I would.

I returned an order (via their prepaid label system) on 14th September and the InPost tracking hasn't updated since 20th September. Despite reaching out to the store I have heard nothing. Strangely after opening a PayPal dispute I received an email from MandM Direct on 2nd Oct saying I would be given a full refund for the order. Yet here we are weeks later with no refund and still no contact from the store. I am completely disappointed in the customer service (or lack there-of!) that I have received and will be looking at options to take this further as I am down over £130 for items I have returned! 😠

Customer services really helpful

Customer services really helpful, quick order delivery times and refunds and returns processed quickly and efficiently.
Would definitely order from again.

Refund for missing item processed quickly

I've been a long standing customer with ASOS but hadn't ordered in a while. Placed an order a couple weeks ago and sent back what didn't fit. The refund came through quickly but there was an item missing from the refund. I thought 'oh no - here we go with having to chase refunds' but actually it was really quick and easy to get in touch with their customer services on the live chat! I spoke with 'Neha' who helped me quickly and processed a refund for the missing item right there and then! I wish more company's *cough-boohoo-cough* would deal with their customers in the same way!
Wouldn't hesitate to order from ASOS again or recommend them to anyone!

Helpful customer service

Had to contact Boohoo customer service today as an item I purchased was faulty. Although it took a long time to be connected to a chat agent, they sorted my issue quickly and refunded me the amount for the faulty item. Special thanks to Mary Lagarto for her help :)

Apalling company.

Apalling company.

Really noticed the product quality go downhill over the last year so I logged onto my account in January prior to my next round of blades being posted and cancelled my subscription. Two days later I get an order confirmation!? So I contact customer services to cancel the order as I had cancelled the subscription and its takes 3 days for an automated response, assuring me if its an order or subscription cancellation they will prioritise a reply. 5 days later I get a dispatch notice that my order has been posted! At this point I am extremely angry and frustrated. Once the blades arrived I contacted the company the same day letting them know I would be returning them as per their terms and conditions. I posted the blades back the next day (at my expense!) and kept the proof of postage receipt. I had no reply from the company still! Two weeks later I have no refund and STILL no reply! I am beyond angry! I will be taking a claim up with paypal as the customer services for this company are NON EXISTANT!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Items not very carefully delivered from…

Items not very carefully delivered from the van into the house. Our delivery was 5 boxes and he bundled them into the house and told us not to move them so he could get a proof of delivery picture of all the items together. Delivery guy was not very friendly and when we went to move the boxes, one looked like it had been dropped from a height, but the guy scarpered before we could complain! Would not recommend!

Absolutely apalling customer service

Absolutely apalling customer service.

After ordering, I recieved two separate emails changing my delivery date, which wasn't too bad at the time and I appreciated the prewarning. However it all went downhill very quickly after the doors arrived.
The wrong handles were delivered and despite phoning at different points of the day it took me ages to finally talk to a human - only to be told I needed to send an email (which I did that day - and to which I STILL haven't had a reply to!).

I have spent over 2 weeks trying to get Leader Doors to collect the wrong items and deliver the correct ones and I have now waited in on 4 separate days for couriers to not turn up, despite being assured by your customer representatives that my replacement handles were out for delivery that day. Clearly a lie.

This is YOUR error in our order and almost a month on from my original order I am STILL without the correct items. You can never seem to get through on the phones, no one answers emails and customer comments on their Facebook page are deleted as quickly as they are written!

I appreciate times are busy at the moment but customer service like this is abismal and I can honestly say I would not recommend you as a company. I am being forced now to take this up with the credit card company I used when I paid for the order.

Please avoid Leader Doors/Stores.

With this being our busiest time of year and the couriers being under a tremendous amount of stress at the moment due to the overwhelming amount of freight they are currently carrying and the massive driver shortage, this has caused huge delays across the country and a huge influx of telephone calls and emails coming into us so the response time is longer than usual right now.

Easy to order

Easy to order, free delivery on purchases over £49 and lots of variety of stock! A great place to get all your baby essentials at a good price and with good customer service. Would definitely recommend!
