Easy to order, scheduled delivery date metand package arrived safely

Purchases arrived in a timely manner this time without the need for follow-up

Order placed on 16 Oct before deadline closed for same day shipping. Paid extra for expedited shipping. Items listed as in stock at time of order. Nothing happened for 7 days until I rang up to find out why order was still pending on 23 Oct. Sales person was very helpful and had order dispatched that day to be received on 24 Oct to the same delivery address. There appears to be a fundamental flaw in order & dispatch system that an order can go into pending without anyone following up on why. I did eventually get a credit for expedited delivery. However, I had to wait 8 days to receive the product.

After a 2 week wait, I had to phone and be told they were on back order. When order placed, the products were in stock. Not happy with inefficiency. Further not happy with the spin in your reply. The email I received was only after I phoned and not pre-emptive or indeed good customer service. Yes, I wanted the products and thankfully wasn't desperate for the products. Take some ownership of the mistake and fix the issues involved. Gross inefficiency here and "couldn't care less " attitude. Now blaming a problem with manufacturing in Malaysia. Miraculously, the product shipped the day after I phoned. I do not believe in coincidences. This will only get worse if you don't take ownership and fix.

Great office chair gives good support and is very comfortable.

Rated as average as stock shown as available had to be ordered in delaying shipping. Would have purchased locally if your sales page was accurate and said out of stock. Needed cartridges quickly.

Also not impressed with Auspost delivery times.
