Easy to sort out a new tariff chat very helpful

I have ordered several items from best direct everything was fine until you return an item. Post office have said no one was in so couldn't be delivered left a card no pick up at the sorting office so has been returned to me after over 18days I sent back 4th July looks like they don't like people returning stuff which is at our cost I will not be using again something don't seem right any one else experienced that problem

Why are HMRC still sending our money to them I'm still waiting for mine since October and they are still sending them cheques I was scammed should be locked up stealing peoples money..

Excellent service but item was over priced and badly made

Spoke to a nice young lady that was really helpful explained everything I needed to know would recommend this Company's customer Service and prices
