Great service and makes drop off pick up very easy. Although last couple of times have struggled as when I tried to return package it opened a door with a parcel in it and it took a few turns to open an empty one. What’s stopping someone stealing it or replacing it and we don’t get our refunds.

Quickest return I have ever done! Will be using inpost where possible from now on.

Beautiful looking boots and they are as seen on the website. As my first vegan shoe I was surprised how the sealing on the rim was uneven. It poked into my skin and caused bleeding. I have had to cut it and then use my nail file to reduce it. I can still feel it when I walk but it doesn’t cut into the skin anymore. I have kept them aside for now and will have to rethink buying vegan! Happy to share pictures as this feature isn’t yet available.

We have a small space but the gardners from fantastic have been excellent. The job was done as requested but thought through and clean up was properly done. I would definitely recommend.
