Have used service twice, most recently (April 2025) in Vietnam. Both were disasters. I was not provided driver contact details. Could not get driver contact details from Booking.com or US-based transport service provider. Despite providing instructions where to be picked up in the booking, driver did not arrive. Driver did not call me at any time to attempt to connect with me. Had to catch a Grab to airport (for lower fare) to get flight home. Will never use Booking.com Taxi again.

Great price (cheaper than the rental car company's advertised price). Web site easy to use.
