Disappointing order

Always ordered by Rihoas, but this time the dresses and the sizes were not corresponding to the info displayed on the website.

Ridiculous costumer service

Ridiculous costumer service. I contacted them for an urgent metter and only at the third attempt by phone I managed to find an empathetic agent willing to help. I have tried to reach them out via media service that should work 24h and got an answer after one day, which was even inappropriate and inadequate for the matter. The app was not working and the only way was unfortunately to “try” contact their agents.The people working in the costumer service department expect for few options are absolutely inadequate and not willing to provide support to costumer at all. I am extremely disappointed, please avoid if you can.
