I first bought the Nomad 42L, and it quickly became my go-to travel bag—spacious, well-designed, and extremely comfortable to carry. The storage options and organization are excellent, making packing and access super easy.

When the 30L Hybrid version was released, I got it as well for more flexibility (42L for longer trips and 30L for weekend getaways or lightweight travel in warm climates). Both backpacks are sturdy, well-padded, and comfortable even for extended wear.

Words can't describe the Philippines 360° trip I just returned from.
It wasn't my first trip with WeRoad, so I was sure this trip would be an adventure. However, I quickly found out that I was completely wrong. It was many times better!
Sam is an amazing travel coordinator with lots of experience. She brought our group together on the first day and I immediately felt like I was traveling with long time friends. She made sure the whole trip ran smoothly the entire time. She provided us with the perfect balance between adrenaline experiences, being pampered with relaxing massages, sunbathing on the beach, exploring local food and drink and other activities. All the time, she did her best to meet everyone's specific needs (thanks for the Coffee, Pizza and more Coffee for me!).
After getting to know Sam, I immediately booked another WeRoad trip that she will be coordinating - Albania!
I guess there's no better advertising than returning customers. I definitely recommend WeRoad to everyone.

The worst carrier that employs the worst couriers. No estimated delivery time. Courier NEVER knock at the door. Absolutely useless.

The parcel got lost in transit (the carrier's fault, not the seller's). I received a prompt response from JT Pickfords and they took over for a quick resolution. Very professional approach.

The biggest disappointment is the customer service, which is not able to solve problems with a delayed shipment that was printed but waited for 9 days to be sent. They were not able to comment on the status of the order and only sent automatic replies. In addition, they always answered in 48 hours. Come on people, it's almost 2021! Learn to answer faster.
After a long wait and a lot of misunderstanding with customer service, I received the ordered cards and I have to praise the great quality. I definitely recommend paying extra for better quality paper and an envelope. It's luxurious!

I think the biggest weakness of this company is customer service. Extremely poor customer service. Even longer delivery times can be handled by appropriate and prompt communication with customers. However, if I do not receive any email a week after ordering and customer service does not communicate at all, all I have to do is take advantage of opening a dispute on PayPal, get my money back and never shop here again.
