Get Frazer & Game Stores on Compatible Systems !

Got an e-mail offer from Frazer Plus to Purchase an X Box Series X with £70 off.
I had £141 in my Game Wallet to use for the purchase before I lost it all with the "Closure"
There are 2 "Game" shops in Lincoln - neither contactable by Phone. So a physical visit was necessary.
One shop could action the Frazer Plus Offer but could not action the money in my "Game Wallet".
The other shop could use the money from my "Game Wallet" but could not action the Frazer Offer.
What a waste of a visit; Get your act together before introducing these totally different systems.
Game has gone very much downhill, withdrawing the Part exchange offers for people wishing to upgrade older systems eg XBox 360, Xbox One S to the latest XBox series X, and no p/ex for Games upgrades.
Also the closure of the "Game Elite" program is frustrating for loyal customers.
Game have just lost 2 customers in this household, we shall be going elsewhere for our supplies.

at least it was delivered (on the 2nd attempt)
1st Attempt the driver did not deliver the parcel even though we left clear instructions which the driver should/must have seen & chose to ignore!

Good Competitive Prices BUT when…

Good Competitive Prices BUT when postage is £2.95 PER ITEM the total cost is then NOT competitive. I had to go elsewhere to fulfill my requirements. Orders for multiple DVDs on Cex are NOT competitive due to the per item Delivery charge, come on use your business sense and let the customer get a better deal by combining postage on multiple items, I and many others I'm sure would purchase more from you!

Good Food at reasonable prices

Good Food at reasonable prices. Ideal for use at our static Caravan where storage is limited to normal cupboards. The special offers are especially welcome for pensioners!

Contacted even over the Christmas…

Contacted even over the Christmas Period was a bonus!
I was able to sort out the problem after being shown how to set up a support ticket within the Software itself.
Windows had renamed a Drive from E: To I: after a Macrium Backup task had been carried out successfully. I could see the Destination Drive Specified in the Backup was different to What Windows had renamed it and that is why my backups were failing!

Cost of Postage is per item- not per bundle!

I think the postage cost could be better! ie Cheaper if purchasing multiple items. Charging £1.95 Postage for each item (eg costing £3 or £4) when 4 are ordered and some being delivered in the same package.
I'm sure customers would prefer to wait until all items are available for delivery, delivered together and pay less postage.
I paid £7.80 out of a total of £24.30 for 4 items.
