I ordered the SIGNED EDITION at the earliest opportunity back in April and it was CERTAINLY WORTH THE WAIT.

Packaged in a GORGEOUS RED outer-slipcase with a piece of fabric to separate the pages and bubble-wrapped to within an inch of its life !!!.
I could smell the newness on the pages.

I've read the introduction but have now re-wrapped it until I get the chance to devour it.

I've ordered from Rough Trade before and they have never let me down. Well worth every penny and now I'm saving up for the next one !!!

Went in store to enquire about a product I had initially seen online but wanted the tangible feel of the product before making the decision to purchase.
Looked at the spot where I thought it would be located and couldn't find it so I asked the staff as I thought it would be a "long shot" if the product was on the shelf.
Informed by the staff that it was a specialist label release (which I hadn't been aware of).
Staff member found it IMMEDIATELY for me and purchase took less than 60 seconds.

After some confusion with my debit card and my order getting initially rejected, your colleague not only helped me reinstate my account but also put a store copy to one side incase my earmarked copy didn't arrive.
When I called in the store there were TWO copies with my name on just to be sure I received one.
The colleague could not have been more helpful and I was thoroughly grateful

Hired the full bouncy castle and entertainment experience for my daughter's party.
Company representatives were in touch with us every step of the way and were incredibly professional throughout.
The team arrived in plenty of time for assembly and catered to our every need.
In immaculate condition, the castle was swiftly and expertly erected.
The DJ portion of the afternoon was consistently entertaining and professionally handled.
All of our daughters friends, and their families, were exhausted by the end and the team made maximum effort but minimum fuss to help out.
I cannot recommend the company highly enough and express my gratitude towards such an extraordinarily organised team.

This was for my father-in-law who had been after it for some considerable time. Although I didn't see the product personally, I know that he informed me that it was received VERY quickly in EXCELLENT condition, and he was INCREDIBLY pleased with it.

Use the company regularly.
Never had any issues and often find titles that are no longer readily available at exceptional prices.
Free postage is also a massive deal as so many companies now charge ridiculous amounts for the smallest of deliveries.

Package was rattling on arrival.
Opened package to find that the central holding spindle had snapped in two and DVD had become loose inside case.
Broken spindle was floating around in box, but luckily, disc wasn't damaged.
After bringing this matter to attention, a goodwill voucher was offered and accepted.
No complaints

Discs did turn up very quickly and , although not advertised, came in the original slipcases with ALL of the inserts still intact.
These were wrestling DVD's , and as a collector with over 200 DVD's and 100 Blu-Rays, having a match listing was a great addition.
One of the box sets DID have a DVD come loose in transit, but luckily, the disc was not damaged and this has NO adverse effect on the quality of the product.
I will certainly use CEX again
