I ordered something on 24 June. Still no delivery which was due by 2 July. Have sent 2 emails to ask for an update. No response. I wish I never ordered with them.

I started my search for an engagement ring with very little knowledge about what to look for when purchasing a diamond. Mike was extremely helpful and informative when imparting advice. In the end I chose one of Parker's own designs and the ring is absolutely stunning. I couldn't be happier with my engagement ring.
