Exceptional service and able to put my trust in Stowe
It was unfortunately necessary for me to contact a solicitor whilst on a family holiday in Australia, and I'm so pleased that I chose Stowe to represent me. Despite the challenges of the time difference, both Kaleel and Samantha made themselves available for my initial enquiry and first consultation. From that moment onwards, I had an excellent experience during an exceptionally fraught and upsetting 15 months. Kaleel was accessible, practical and provided lots of support and empathy. One of the things I respected the most was Kaleel's duty of care, not just for representing me as best he could, but in ensuring I didn't waste money on letters and/or calls that wouldn't have achieved the desired outcome. I certainly didn't feel I was dealing with a firm who's primary concern was to bill as much as they possibly could! I would highly recommend Stowe and in particular Kaleel, albeit I hope never to need his services again!
